Both places, people very helpful. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL WAS AWFUL!!! Like constant chaos trying to rent and return the trailer through uhaul website, or over the phone. When I picked up trailer, I told them where I wanted to return it, they put this in the system, then I get a text and email telling me to return to another location approximately 50 miles from my home two counties away.
