Alfonso POmgosh, what a morning. after I realized I was at wrong location..Ez shipping vs Ez smoke. I only saw 1 10 ft truck. I had rented a 26ft truck. I called customer service in panic. Customer service was tryingbto help. The person on phone was trying hard to figure out what happened. Yes. I was up set. Then I heard her say, let me check to see where they parked it. Now mind you, i was out front of store in a shopping center. trying to use mobile app. So..I started driving around in parking lot and low n behold around back away from my view there were hundreds of trucks. Ooops, well i told her i found the trucks. She said the guy is in the office, he is coming out to help you. He pulled truck around front, and instead of doing a mobile pick up to save me time, we did it on spot. Thank you so mych for helping annoverly stressed out grandma. My apologies to the lady on phone. THANK YOU to gentleman at EZ SMOKES my move was successful!!!

Ana RThe keys were placed in the box at 12am on the 26th and was due by 1 am. The owner said he could not find the truck and I was charged 2 extra days. The location was also over 15 miles from my house. I’ve used many Uhauls and this location was the worst experience by far.
Alex JI got a call from U-Haul main number (corporate) on day i was returning and lady told me i had to drop it at a different location(3miles further and small lot) that was originally agreed upon and on contract. I told lady no i was returning where it says on contract she said no that they wont accept it and i wont be able to close out rental and i could possibly be charged more for dropping at wrong location. I told her i was not going to drop it off at different location because it was further and i was walking back home. it would have added 3 miles to my 1.4 mile walk. She said have a good day then hung up on me. I dropped it off at E-Z smokes and when i got out of the U-Haul Bobby the Manager was outside to greet me and was awesome, he asked how my trip was and if everything was ok. he then told me i would get an email with receipt of rental contract closeout within a few min that i didn't have to worry about doing it on my phone myself. Bobby is a great U-Haul associated.
David wThe location was good for pick-up because there was a lot of parking space available and easy to maneuver the vehicle around.
