When I made the reservation, I did not select to have any coverage. When I picked up the truck I didn’t speak to anyone, just got a key. When I received my contract it had safe mover applied to the bill. Not happy about the extra charge.
KEVIN BThey refused to take the truck. Made me drive a mile down the road to a different UHaul location. I also could not drop off there so had to sit on the phone for more than 30 minutes with customer service just to be told to take it back to original location. Unacceptable after a long day of moving.
KATIE DPick up seemed a little slow. The cashier had to wait for a call from Uhaul even though I checked in online.
CHRISTOPHER LThe uhaul was 45 minutes late & did not come with dolly or fabric sheets as requested. This delayed my move by over an hour & made it more difficult.
Brandon FThe environment of the pickup location is somewhat sketchy. A subpar convenience store that kinda reminds one of a 3rd world open market, and there were no peripherals available for use with the truck e.g. hand truck or furniture pallets. Initiating the service I had to talk w/ someone I did not know using the convenience store operator's personal phone - not very professional but it worked. The truck was in excellent condition and rode well, but I will go to the UHaul on Mechanical Blvd next time (that is who I thought I was obtaining the truck from originally online). No ill will meant to the operator, but his/her location and service are just too subpar and too close to a very good official UHaul store and the 2 should not be confused when making appointments online. Albeit everyone was nice, but the capability to provide professional service does not appear to be at this location.

Lance KWe dropped off the truck at 2pm (required drop off time 4pm) and we received a phone call at 6pm about the truck not being checked in yet and incurring late fees. The man said to call the location to get them to check in the truck; however, how is this OUR job? We dropped off the truck earlier than necessary and we had to call the location to check it in? on top of that, their phone number does not go through.

Kierra MLocation was too lazy to come in and check me out at requested time, so they made it look like I picked up truck 5 hours earlier causing me to need an extra day to get truck turned in.
