The van was great but the location was poor and the app was not working could not connect even though I had 4 bars on 5g). With the app not working I tried to check out and check in with location staff. They claimed no knowledge about UHaul. They gave me the business card for the regional Uhaul sales rep. I called his cell phone and he got me checked out. I had the same problem with the app and staff when I tried to check in and the sales rep didn't answer his phone. I got some help by dialing 800 number but they said that location staff would need to complete check in...the staff that professed no knowledge of Uhaul. Not an experience that I would recommend.
