Indicate better that this location is mobile app dominate that you don’t need to see anyone. The owner came to make sure it as smooth and that was very kind but U-Haul should say “mobile only”, unless I missed something. Also indicate that mobile only can be done up to an hour prior to your appointment, then I could’ve done those steps before arriving.
