Horrible experience. Unless you take a photo of the fuel level when you leave with the uhaul vehicle, you will be charged whatever fuel level they decide they want to charge you for when you return the vehicle. It's your word against theirs. I won't be renting from this place again. Don't hire 15 year old kids to be in charge of renting uhaul vehicles.

ANDY PI am highly disappointed that I was asked if I wanted "safe move" insurance. No, I did not ask what it was...figured it was for the U-haul...no it was for the GARBAGE THE GIRL KNEW I WAS HAULING TO THE LANDFILL!!!! AS IF ANYONE NEEDS INSURANCE TO HAUL GARBAGE! I feel highly disrespected. Will share with everyone that sneaky little trick. Wouldn't mind if I had not gone on and on about how I was using the U-Haul. Poor customer service, for sure. I will be recommending no one take the insurance...what a rip! $15 seriously! To haul garbage and not a person behind the counter spoke up and said: "Honey she won't need that, she is hauling GARBAGE TO THE LANDFILL!" Yes, highly disappointed. Especially since I tell every one what a nice little family runs this location.
LISA AThe truck I was given had the check engine light on, would struggle to shift I to 2nd gear. Putting it into reverse was a struggle. The loction people were fantastic, super helpful but the truck performance was poor due to obvious lack of maintenance

Randy AThe trailer I rented was not in stock. They upgraded me at no charge. The trailer hitch did work loose through my short trip and had to be tightened about every 10 miles or so
