I have used UHAUL multiple times in the past. All except once ( The time before this last time). They have always been excellent! Due to my father's health issues aswel as my own. We had to keep the truck a few days longer. It was a one way trip. The location that we dropped it off at, was absolutely amazing and understanding. Very expensive, however the actual drop off location. You seriously could not have asked for a nicer Gentleman. Unfortunately, the last woman I spoke with at the call center. Was extremely rude and lacked empathy and understanding for understanding. We absolutely did not have the extra money to keep the truck an extra few days. However, As, I mentioned above due to my father's Dementia, pretty much not knowing him for 42 years. My own health issues and next to no help other than my Fiancee, we got it done. Oh, also the house was not ready for us to move into. When we arrived, the landlord was not aware of some of the issues. Therefore, keeping the truck 3 days longer than expected and having to stay in a hotel for the first 3 nights. Of course none of this was your problem. I felt the last woman we spoke to in the call center could have been more empathetic or shown some for that matter. As well as given a discount due to the circumstances
