The floor of the back of the vehicle was covered with some white gritty powder (looked like dry cement mix maybe?) and tiny pieces of Styrofoam. I picked up the vehicle during business hours with attendants, but we forgot to inspect the vehicle when I got it. I called to report it immediately when I found out. They apologized and said I would not be charged. I checked my final receipt and I was not charged, so that was good. It was just messy and kind of unsettling because I had no idea what the stuff was. The fine powder made dust clouds when my adult son tried to push it all into one corner with a large rag, which was all we had at the time to sweep with. I was worried about him breathing it but he never felt any irritation, so I guess it was okay. I will never forget to do an inspection again.

Mohanad MI was charged twice when i was told I’d be given an extra 100 miles for exchanging a truck, i drove less then 50miles but because the odometer was wrong to begin with i was charged twice and have had a really hard time getting my money back
NICK CI am being charged an additional $21. I returned the truck with more gas that when I picked it up. not understanding what that charge is for. I was told when I picked up the truck, the only extra charge would be for gas.
LEAH JThis place has their opening time as 7:30 AM, when I called the reservation line at 7:50 AM, the U-Haul rep said "Oh yeah, no, it says 7:30 but they open at 8 AM", in the most matter-of-fact voice I've ever heard. Between this and U-Haul changing our pick-up without clear notice, we lost an hour that we were really counting on.

I was filling it up with gas and all the gas I put in came out there was a cut or something wrong with where u fill it up at. All the gas came out $80 and then the still want to charge me for not filling it up. And it was given to me at below a quarter tank
Broderick AThis facility is a new UHaul location in their first week of service. The staff hasn’t been trained on the computer system, However, they did a great job of getting a person from the Corporate office to come and check out the vehicle with minimal delay.
