Upon my initial inspection the truck was very dirty. The drivers side flooring was muddy. The cab was muddy also and I thought it was maybe water so I took a photo and posted to the online checkin. When I arrived at my location that's when I was told it was motor oil on the floor of the cab. I had to line the cab with paper to protect the product I was moving. Upon returning I told the gentleman about the oil and he immediately pulled the rubber flooring from the back. He said they were not aware of the oil and apologized for the inconvenience.Karyn L.

The location is a very busy auto service shop so it is very chaotic and there is stuff everywhere, but the staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK FOR DIRECTIONS!!! It takes you way out in a remote subdivision that has a very rough road. You need to update your online directions!!! Put in the address and get your own directions.KEVIN B.

Fair's Auto is great its the very very poor quality customer service I received from the U Haul rep and company that completely ruined my experience. I told the rep I wanted to speak with a manager later or my fee adjusted but that never happened. Still hasn't.Samuel B.

The odometer on the truck was incorrect (when trying to enter mileage for after-hour pickup) and when we tried to call Uhaul we were placed on a confusing silent hold. We will NEVER use Uhaul again and have advised others to do the same.Austin C.
The trailers were way out back. They expected me to go out there and lots ad it by myself then bring it to them for inspection. I struggled getting it loaded and injured myself thus having to pay others to move my furniture. Im still laid up now.James W.

Rude owner. Left my checkbook in cab when I dropped off uhaul and was having to walk across the four lane street back to my car with my 16 year old when he found it and instead of calling me started yelling across the street that he had my check book. I said I'm grabbing my car and I'll be back. Then he shouts â€œ throw it away, ok.â€ ??? THEN he calls my cell and says â€œhey, you the one who had uhaul?â€ Doesn't use my name.â€ I have you check book... â€œ I then stated I would just grab my car and come get it so I didn't have to walk back across the 4 lane with my son. He THEN said â€œwell, I don't care if you come and get it or not.â€???? He was the rudest person ever. I went back and confronted him by just asking why he was rude to me and why he didn't just call me to begin with instead of shout. He then said I didn't know if I had your number. I just rented a uhaul from him and he was HOLDING MY CHECK BOOK IN HIS HAND THAT HAS MY NUMBER. I told him that he should have handled the situation differently and not shouted that he was throwing my check book away. He then DENIED saying it. It was unreal. If someone can say something directly to you and then turn around look you in the eye and lie about saying it, instead of apologizing like a decent human. Then they aren't worth anything. Ruined my whole day. Will not ever go back there!Jessica J.

The tongue of the trailer was kinda heavy. I actually injured my back lifting it. May want to put a dolly/jack on those 6'x12' enclosed, double axle, trailers.Jonathan P.
Fair's went way above this time. The uhaul field manager happened to be there too and he also helped a lot. Long story short...my truck needed a part before I could get on the road and tow. This dealer is an auto repair place also...they fixed my truck at NO CHARGE!! Thanks Eddie and crew!Melvin C.
Only issue was that my original reservation was made in Rome, GA. No one from uhaul told me my reservation had been moved - the only reason I knew was because I called the atone location the day of reservation to confirm. If I had not done that I would have been screwed. Calhoun location. Is over 40 minutes away from where I live !DEVIN J.

Both of the ratchet lock down straps were unable to stay tight, the left side came loose and was retightened, it than came off the tire later, than the right side came loose and was re-tightened and after a small stretch of bumpy road in Omaha both straps were completely off the tires. Unloaded the truck and went ahead......carried an empty trailer....George M.

My overall uhaul experience was terrible. I made the reservation for a 7am pick up and it was confirmed and last minute was changes to 9:30 and a different location. I arrived at the new location (not fairs auto service and repair) the guy pulled up my information and saw it was all in order and there was no truck on the lot so he gave a phone number to call a guy who gave me another number to call a woman who told me to just go to fairs and treat it as a (walk in) since they had the truck I needed on site. The weather for the day was spotty rain and I needed a early start to get done but because of the issues with booking online and misinformation I was nearly 4 hours late starting my day. I am not a happy uhaul customer. The truck was excellent and what we needed but almost 4 hours late starting with a family of 9 was a tough day...Jon B.

This location has very poor customer service. They lied about charging me for extra fees without explaining them to me. When I asked about the charges they had a nasty attitude and basically brushed me off like nothing was wrong.
