I received a call from UHaul asking me to switch to this location. However no one notified the location!! We arrived and no one was there and truck covered in snow. I called to follow up and the person was great and responded quickly but he had never been told about the reservation. It was stressful enough (we were moving furniture from my deceased mother’s house) and didn’t need the extra work.
