I booked my uhaul in April and I was moving at the end of may I called them the day before my move to make sure that we had a one-way Uhaul and they said yes of course I do be here at nine so when we get there, we waited around for two hours and the dude said oh we don’t have one and he sends us an hour away and only gives us 15 minutes to get there so they call me and I like oh so we don’t have one here either. I don’t know why they sent you here and then I called the district manager or whoever it was and was like they’re telling me and my husband that they don’t have one and then they’re like yes they do. They have one it’s there and they couldn’t get the person on the phone to confirm why they couldn’t give us the keys and it was just a big mess from us supposed to get it at nine too. We got it at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and it was crazy. They gave us to go around the person left and then they came back. Don’t know where he went. It was just really really crazy. I’m not saying that Uhaul is bad but I didn’t have a good experience. But the district manager did give us discounts on our miles and added miles to our Uhaul. He did that in which he was really really nice.

I had issues with checking in and out due to the person trained to do the process was not there. I arrived for pick up at 4:10 and my appt. was 4:30. The clerk told me the UHaul portion was closed. She then called her husband and he arrived. The whole check in process was confusing and I had to call the Nashville office for clarification on the changes he made to my reservation. Upon returning the vehicle, again, he was not there to check me in. I had issues with the location on my phone and was not able to complete the process to check the truck in. My best experience was with the reps on the phone in Nashville.
Sebrina PThere was no dolly, which I was charged for. I currently have two transactions pending in my account for uhaul. One for $97 and one for $162 for renting a 20’ ft truck locally for 5 hours. Will be contacting if one of the transactions doesn’t drop off my account because it shouldn’t be on there. The man running the location said he couldn’t do anything about it. We would have to contact uhaul.
