The guy I dealt with (Patrick?) was awesome.
DANIEL MThe gentleman that helped me was friendly and was helpful. What would have made this a 5 star was if the truck was cleared of snow, had been checked that it would start, and that the keys were ready/accessible. The original truck i was to get had days worth of snow and ice on it and didn't end up starting. So we switched to a different truck where it too was covered in days worth of snow and ice. The keys had been put in the box which was completely frozen over. It cut into my rental time by at least 30-45 minutes and I only rented for a few hours. Service was nice but I just didnt feel like my time was respected.
MELISSA PI first contacted Uhaul in Post Falls, Idaho about renting a 20' truck to go to Vernon, B.C. I got an estimate for a truck for $3700 to drive to Toronto, totally wrong direction. Finally got that ironed out but said I would have to pick up the truck on Hayden Ave as they didnt have a 20' truck available. I said fine. The truck was there as promised but with only a hair over 1/4 tank of fuel. Several previous experiences with uhaul started with 3/4 tank and was expected to fill to same amount when returned.

JOHN CDrop off location is great but was 40 miles each way from my desired drop off location.
ROBERT RThe gentleman on site was very helpful. He handled the drop off on his cell phone which prevented a great deal of confusion. The site was clean and level and it was very obvious that it was a UHaul dealer. UHaul needs a far better check out and drop off procedure than using cell phones. They are clumsy, confusing and frustrating. They is no substitution for well trained personnel.

Joel MExcellent service. However I live in CDA and for some reason was sent out of my way to pick up the trailer here in Hayden? There were at least 10 5x8 trailers at the CDA location which is 5 minutes from my home.

BRYON II wanted to pay with a different credit card and they told me I would do that when I dropped it off and it turns out for a one way you have to do that at the time of pick up
ROSS BI didn't get the gentlemans name but he walked me out, did the inspection, had some friendly chit chat then aid thank you and that was it. No complaints on my part.

ANDREA FUhaul should revamp your after hours check in process. I should not need to down load an app and create an account to simply check in the equipment. The QR code should have taken me to your site for that purpose.
KENNETH FEasy pickup (even with an issue with our reservation) and quick, easy drop off. Nice employee; very helpful

TRENT MCould not complete the online return. The app. Would not allow to finish. Tried twice, was very frustrating.
Trent MThe business was closed at 4:52 pm when I arrived. There were no hours posted on the property, so I just left the trailer in the parking lot using self service return.
