I would say it was a combination of communication issues, language and knowledge about the system. Beside that i was super happy with the custom service afterwards and the overall price in general. I would come back to uhaul, just not to that location. Thats all :)

Customer service was great. The location is very convenient. Easy to check in and ready to go.
Jesus BThe system charged me with something I did not select and it took more time than necessary to discuss and clear the misunderstandings during drop off. I'm still waiting for the extra amount to be returned. The clerk at this location tried his best to explain so that is much appreciated. But the system needs a lot of improvement, and shouldn't be adding extra charges to things I did not agree to pay for.
MAE HIf the customer arrive on time also the truck should be there if not please informed the customer directly truck hasn''t arrived yet. I waited an hour to get the truck.
