The system charged me with something I did not select and it took more time than necessary to discuss and clear the misunderstandings during drop off. I'm still waiting for the extra amount to be returned. The clerk at this location tried his best to explain so that is much appreciated. But the system needs a lot of improvement, and shouldn't be adding extra charges to things I did not agree to pay for.
