The U-Haul sign needs to be more prominent and easy to see from the street. Other than that I thought your staff was friendly and professional. They helped make the beginning of a stressful moving day a lot easier.

Everything was clean and ready to go; fast and helpful service with the lights adapter we needed.
Bill SMileage rate at $1.39 per mile was quite high, even given the cost of gas these days. Cleaning fee - should not have been applied. No dirt or any other dirty load was moved. We moved a coffee table and 2 end tables on top of a blanket. The most someone had to do was possibly pull out the floor mats and shake them off. Have had much better experiences at other UHaul locations in the past.
Mel wGeorge did a great job finding me and my family the right moving truck that met our needs 100% We appreciate his excellent service. We will definitely be renting more Uhaul trucks from him soon and will recommend him to all our friends.
