Never ever would I use them and nor recommend. Such a gross experience. I've rented Uhauls so many times and never experienced anything like this. It was the worst! If, I ever use Uhaul again, I will demand a IUhual center and verify the vehicle is clean. The reuck stunk, had garbage and fiood crumbs everywhere. The gas tank any had 13 miles to empty, which forced me to gas at that location. The help was very unprofessional. I had to use the bathroom there- SO disgusting. The only thing good was my great service at the return location... so disappointing.

I returned a bundle of unused boxes. Never used 2 bundles of blankets. Never got a refund. Convenience store clerk was very rude. Not helpful.
Roxanne LTypical U-Haul experience, went in with low expectations but still was disappointed. Poor customer service because this is a gas station, not a U-Haul storefront. Truck was dirty in the cab and the back. Truck was in rough condition and should be taken out of service. Unprofessional help from store clerk and no process for ease of mind. Who knows how much I’ll be charged as the check in process was just hand him the keys and he’ll get to it when he can. I’ll continue to rent U-Haul trucks but this experience feels par for the course. I will not use this “location” again expect to maybe buy a roller hot dog or coke.
