The appliance dolly i reserved they didnt have. Whats the point of offering something that cannot be guaranteed at pickup? Also, what is the point in chosing a pickup location if you are just going to change it on the customer? UHAUL is the worst company but the only one available for these trucks, so we all have to suffer with your UHAULS poor service. This has nothing to do with Fancy Auto Spa, the gentleman was friendly, truck was there. My issue is what the overall UHAUL experience.
