The app check-in was horrible, I almost gave up, but the guy at the station did it for me. It asked for two contacts and a copy of my passport or lease. What the hell? I won’t u-haul again if this is required.

It took 45 minutes to pick the truck up and it was filled with trash.
Matthew CThey added insurance to the bill though I declined it. They added furniture pads to the bill though I never selected them. I brought up to them when picking the vehicle but they said they could not remove the charges. I would have to to it myself through the app. But there is no way to do so after picking up the vehicle.
Charles ZI appreciated picking up our rental so close to our house. Jay, the man running the gas station where I rented the U-Haul was lovely, helpful and supportive.
