Hated the on line experience completely. Owner of garage where equipment resides was politely but totally hands off. I will never rent another uhaul that requires this online process.

Very tight parking! Check engine light on the truck the entire time.

The online check in process was extremely unpleasant and the staff in the building were unwilling to help at all. I am sure that things would have gone more smoothly with a person instead of an app. If this is what UHaul is doing for the future, I will definitely find another option.

The new checkin on the UHaul site was not clear. It took me an hour to checkin the truck which made me late to pick up Girl Scout cookies. I have been telling the other troops to rent UHaul for their pick up but I got to tell you I was extremely frustrated today. There was no clear indication on the site telling me to hit the order number to checkin the truck. The gentleman at Farkas was very nice but did not know how to help me. I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for assistance. Super frustrating.

Friendlier interaction with customers. Sign-up and rental online have too many steps and tasks. Hire some staff!!

The retailer committed insurance fraud by claiming damage to the bumper of the vehicle! This was intended whether I had purchased additional coverage or not. Unethical, at best!!!

I was overcharged $60+ for the rental and I have yet to have the invoice corrected.
