TOT AThe only issue we had at pickup was the key got jammed in the lockbox. It was cold, rainy and wet and it took us about 15-20 minutes to get the key (keychain was lodged preventing the door to slide open) out. Otherwise no issues.

JOSE GDrop off location was easy to get to and was able to drop off after hours with a safe drop box for the key. Received confirmation the same day that my rental was complete and there was no issues.

james vMAJOR PROBLEM: I HAD TO RETURN THE TRAILER WITHOUT USE... The front part of the trailer was to high and couldn't accommodate the 2016 Dodge Dart. There would have been major damage to my vehicle. The trailer would have to be modified to accommodate the front lower bumper area... I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND... Thanks for your help...

Eleuterio SThe lights were not working due to a wiring issue on my vehicle. The guy who hooked up the trailer said stop by autozone, they can troubleshoot it. Autozone said we don't do that. I called the 1-800 uhaul number and had to go to corpus christi to get someone to look at it. They "fixed" the problem but still isn't working correctly. It would be nice to have a number that can give accurate information to troubleshoot issues.
Charles GI actually reserved the U-Haul at a location in my hometown however had to go to the destined 30-minute location where the trailer I reserved was actually at. I did like the service at my hometown area and did enjoy the service from the U-Haul location where I had to actually pick up the trailer. However, I was not informed ahead of time that this was going to occur. I had to make a trip out of my reserved Hometown location to an area 30 minutes away. May be a good idea to inform the clients that they may have to pick up the reserved trailer/truck at another area location.

Mohammad SAbsolute garbage Uhaul company is. We reserved a uhaul on Monday for a Saturday use. 1. The pick up location in Mercedes had no clue we were going. 2. Uhaul decided that to change our pick up location in Corpus Christi without our knowledge. 3. Corpus Christi is 2 and a half hours away from our original place. 4. Kept telling us there was nothing for them to do to get us on the road. 5. Finally was able to talk them into finding me something due to our reservation confirmation. And they found a place in Brownsville. An hour and a half away from the reservation location! Will never use Uhaul again. Unacceptable! Kept making excuses that I had the wrong phone number and wrong email on file yet I had the reservation information and many email helpful tools to get ready for my move! Unorganized and doesn’t have any communication with their customers or subcontractors.
