I had to drop it off because it was after hours so I didn’t get to go inside nor did I talk to anyone but it made me choose yes or no. I dropped the key in the key box. I was originally told I could drop it off at Waynesboro so I did. So I did and was walking the keys inside and a man came out and told me no it can’t stay here! So, he called headquarters I heard them tell him take it to Hagerstown so I was leaving and the same man stopped my husband and told him no it has to go to Greencastle pike. Ugh

I wanted a truck with a ramp. I also wanted straps. Told they did not have straps to tie down the furniture. When I got there, there was only one truck, and it did not have a ramp.
