Very courteous and customer attentive. We had some issues with mobile app/online set ( none to his cause) but overall a smooth process .
Randy CFor one my pickup reservation was for a Sunday morning at 11:00 to check in at the counter, however upon my arrival that location was closed several numbers were called to reach someone. Per my on line contract if my reservation was not on time I would be granted a $50.00 refund for my inconvenience. Please advise. Thank you.
Audrey LThis location was ok. An employee directed me where to drop the trailer, and to use the App. I LOVE the U Haul app. It is very efficient and well designed. I uploaded all the required photos to document the return and was on my way.

Theresa JThe office for pick up was across the street from where the trucks were. Very confusing. They did not have the equipment we reserved. Only had an appliance dolly which we did not need. Had reserved two utility Dolly’s. They also only had 6 of the 10 furniture blankets we paid for.
Jay SLocation was closed with no lockbox available for key return. Called corporate Uhaul number and talked with Joe on the phone who was very helpful in allowing me to finish the check in of rental truck. He guided me in what I needed to do with the key.
