If you don't have alot of money to cover any and all unforseen emergencies, don't rent from uhaul. I have to pay $1500 more due to an unforseen emergency and I'm on ssi. They don't care, they only want there money. They charge you 10times what Gass costs if you don't fill there trucks back when returning them. And charge you multiple days if you are 1 day later then scheduled.

IVAN WCould not offer the ordered truck size or one size below that. This caused us to pay for double mileage as we had to make 2 trips with a much smaller truck. If this uhaul location is unable to offer larger trucks it should not be an option during the online scheduling. We could have made other plans if we'd known sooner than the day before.

Valjeanne GI was charged $633.94 for a carry all trailer to move a car 700 miles. I was told it was a 4 day proceed charge. I can understand a drop off fee, but 634 for one day? I rented it at noon one day, and returned it the morning of the next day. So, boo. Not that cool. It's the first time I've felt ripped off by Uhaul.
JESSE SThe 26ft truck I reserved the month before was not there when we went to pick it up! They gave me a 20ft…truck and because of this we had to give furniture away…and I had to leave all our Christmas decorations behind. That’s another 18 hours there and back we have to make because someone let our reserved truck go! Very disappointed! The gentleman there didn’t know what happened…the guy on the customer service line didn’t know what happened. The truck we received was clean and drove well. It was just way too small!
Donna MThis was a terrible Uhaul experience. My original reservation was for Pinetop, AZ. I show up to get my Uhaul equipment and they state that it's not there but in another town. I had to drive with my 4 month old, 3 hours round-trip just to get the equipment. I never received notice of this change. A Uhaul representative stated I would receive a call from corporate in 24 to 48 hours. I never received one. Overall bad experience

Carrie TLocation is convenient just a few blocks from our apt. Mr. Farr took care of unhooking the trailer from our truck. We were very tired. We towed a car from Tucson. With snow detours it was 400 miles! We got the car to our place safely. It is a car new to me. I was nervous about it getting damaged. I did not have another driver. Towing was cheaper than fueling both vehicles twice on the way home.

Mitchell UExplain how to read the chart showing how many gallons of gas are needed to reach 1/2 tank. Make sure to have the correct size of U-Haul that is ordered.
