My pickup got switched to this location the day before, I chose an actual depot so that I wouldn't have any issues. When I got here the keys were not in the box and I had to wait nearly 2 hours and speak to a handful of people in order to get my vehicle which made me late for my movers. The only compensation I received from U-Haul was $50 which didn't even cover my losses.

Richelle WWe booked the truck online and were “supposed” to pick it up at 6. We showed up to grab it and were told there was/is an outstanding debt. (Still needs to be verified) So why wouldn’t something have been in place to alert us and or rectify the situation prior to us paying for a ride to get to the location for the rental?! Something isn’t set up right on your end.

Joel APickup was at 8am at Fasgas on the north side after being rescheduled 3 times at way closer locations by U-Haul essentially having to pay double for KM because it was the “only one available”. I did not receive U-Haul until after 9am closer to 9:30. Worker was not trained/comfortable using the iPad and which delayed the process. Employee was not there when returning the U-Haul at 3:45pm when he said he is there until 4pm. Did not answer the phone multiple times when on our way. The employee did not check the U-Haul back into the system until Monday morning when we had it on Saturday the 25th from 9:30-3:45PM and tried to triple charge me for the U-Haul and Dolly saying it was returned Monday afternoon. Fixed it back to proper pricing after speaking to their manager three times but would never go to this location again and do not refer this location to others for an easy move.

Colin JMore annoyed with the fact haul changed my original reservation without notifying me before I went to pick up and then changed the hours I reserved the truck for so I only had 6.5 hours to do the move I had planned.... All in all uhaul was very unhelpful and did a very poor job communication the changes to me before hand... Will be looking at other options for my next move.

Emma WWhat a pain in the butt, the computer did not work and I sat there for 45 min waiting for them to figure it out. All gas station customers where placed in priority. If I knew it would be like that I would have picked a different location. When I dropped it off they put in the wrong mileage then when I tried to drop off using the website it did not work. It was a gong show the entire time.

Vijay TWhen I got to the location at 10 o’clock there was nobody there it was closed. Showed up 15 minutes late and then it took 45 minutes before I got out of there with the truck. I have rented trucks numerous times from U-Haul to do junk removal as I’m a resident manager of an apartment building I’ve never experienced this kind of frustration in the past. I felt I was being kind of interrogated when he had to phone a friend of mine to confirm it’s me. I will consider a different company next time I need to rent a truck
