I rented a moving van and when I returned to my home from the U-Haul rental I reviewed the receipt and there was a 30.00.charge for safe move which I declined. I called the main U-Haul number but she couldn’t take it off and said I needed to talk to the pickup place about it and I did and she basically wouldn’t remove it. That’s a lot when I didn’t ask for it and it was added. So I am very disappointed in the fact they didn’t even attempt to do anything.
Kevin BInterior dirty. Garbage can never emptied from previous driver(s). Interior front windshield very dirty making it difficult for night driving. Deodorizer very intense and overwhelming. Is it necessary? Thank you for reading comments.
