The employee at the counter refused to give me my keys, despite me having the approved sign and code on my phone. It took over 30 minutes and him calling people, not listening to me, before he realized all my information was in like I said. The online uhaul app was very easy to use and they chat employees were fantastic.Torie B.

Did not seem to care about the UHaul. Was a sorry gas/liquor store. No help when dropping off, took key and said I was all set. Did not check vehicle or anythingSteven M.
There were several customers not wearing masks inside, and it took about 15 minutes for the manager to get me the key, despite the fact I had checked in online. I had paid for a pack of moving blankets and a couch cover and they were not provided.Emily H.

The UHaul app wouldn't lock in on my location when I returned the truck which completely stops the online process. Perhaps a secondary location confirmation, such as a photo, would be a good addition to the app.David J.

The staff member did not walk outside with me to show my how to use the latch etc. When I got there he didnt know how to upload my i.d. and debit card info. I waited over an hour. He was trying to ring out customers etc. While I waited. He couldn't answer basic questions. Not very satisfied but the truck was clean!Shaneeka C.
The online process worked. Key drop box was easy to find. I was a little tentative about whether the check in was complete but was offered contact information to verify.Robyn G.
Didn't realize the back, rolling door was not closed completely, and it was wide open when I arrived at the loading location. Either tell people, "The back, rolling door of the truck is not latched so you can see what's inside -- please close before you leave," or simply close and latch the back door before the renter takes it.Thomas J.

Took 50 minutes for paper work, besides very little fuel had to back onto street without any help! Also had to pick up 60 miles from where I was expecting to.orderd in Streator Illinois had to pickup in Bloomington Illinois at my expense plus hour and ten minutes there and back.ROBERT S.

When we arrived at Fast Stop the truck was waiting for us, but there was no one at that location that knew how to process the checkout! We were advised to go to the Main Street location in Bloomington which I called from Fast Stop, only to find that they did not have a truck on site for us to rent! The Fast Stop location was not staffed to rent us the truck upon arrival, which was not acceptable considering we had a reservation and were instructed to go to that location. Fortunately, a very competent and helpful person from the Main Street location named Shaniqua drove to Fast Stop and processed the checkout for us. Thank you, Shaniqua, for your excellent effort and customer service!!Lori M.

Everything was fine except for we had reserved a uhaul and went to pick it up from my the fast stop location on college where we were told to pick it up and we were told we couldn't. I asked why and the gentlemen at the counter told me he wasn't sure how to work the machine.. he told me I wouldn't be able to move today, until I got upset he didn't even care but then once I was upset he called and tried to fix the problem but still wasn't able to. So I had to leave and call the main store to figure it out but still was unable to get it done. My fiancÃ© called back and raised hell and that's when they finally told me they would send someone over To get the truck for me from the fast stop. So I finally got the truck but 2 hours late and caused nothing but problems and headache. I will not be getting a uhaul from this location againtrevor R.

I never received call informing me that our pickup location was this Fast Stop and not the Uhaul down the road we reserved. The Uhaul location tried to contact Fast Stop and could not get hold of them. When we got to the Fast Stop, they didn't have our equipment dolly and so we had to go back to the Uhaul location to pick one up. The truck was left overnight with its windows open and it had rained the night before we picked it up. Everything inside was wet. Very disappointed in Fast Stop.Becky T.

The trailor's tailights were not working, had to travel to other location to repair. Other location only could repair only 3 out of 4 tailights. On my trip i ended up with only 2 working tailights!CARLOS M.
