The agent was rude and he tried to charge me more then he was supposed to I’m not sure why he tried but I wasn’t having it!

Watkins JThey did not take the trailer off. My daughter and her husband, luckily, dropped off the trailer and were able to unhook it. If I would have been the one to drop it off I would not have been able to unhook the trailer. It was far too heavy for me to lift. On top of that they were rude.
DENISE LThe owner was nice but the establishment was not clean or safe feeling. The truck was not fully cleaned in the back but it wasn’t unbearable. He did not have everything I rented and I had to go elsewhere which added stress and issues. Worst of all the vehicle was defective causing me to return it within minutes
David OHorrible service and they charged me another 24 hours saying I was 15 minutes late and to "take it up with U-haul because it's not their problem" I'll never use U-haul again because of this experience and location.

Alan VYou can remove From Here to There Movers on your website. They confirmed with me a couple days before the move then again the day before. The morning of my move I get a text from the owner that said they were sick and couldn’t make it. No phone call, a text. I asked how to do I get my money back and got no response until the night time DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! Oh and they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule Sure lady, let me reschedule my move.

Evan MI do not understand why I have to pay to rent the truck, pay for the miles I am going to drive and have to return it with the same amount of fuel. Why am I paying for the milage if I have to replace the fuel that was used? Seems to me to really be a double charge with a different name!

ERIQ BEmployees didn’t hook up or check to make sure that I hooked the trailer up correctly. When I returned the trailer the employee never came outside to make sure the trailer wasn’t damaged.

THOMAS GTruck was in poor condition. The inside was dirty and had trash in it. The passenger door was so damaged that it was hard to keep the door latched.

Clarence wThe entire rental process was efficient and friendly. The vehicle operated easily and I felt safe and at ease while making the trek to Houston and back to Clute. Except for the vehicle being unclean and full of beach sand & dog hair, the experience was excellent. Bravo U-Haul!

Jeannie NThe following is feedback is not about the pick-up location as that was a good experience, but the entire reservation process which was negative. I reserved a 6x12 trailer in advanced as I live outside Austin, TX and was going to Surfside, TX to pick up some belongs from a property of ours. One day prior to me leaving my home I was contacted by UHAUL to inform me that the trailer I reserved in advanced was not available at the pick up location the site pointed me to as a pick up location. If I wanted the 6x12 trailer, I would have to drive to Bay City to pick it up. There was no offer to bring it to the location for pick up (even though I made my reservation in advance) and no other offer for the inconvenience. Luckily I have a truck as was able to fit everything in the 5x8 trailer they offered me and the bed of my truck with some things getting wet on the drive back (this is why I was looking for the larger trailer).
Cesar PNothing! Excellent service, they attended to our needs. Made it easy to rent the size trailer we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a trailer to move whatever they needed the trailer for.

Alvaro VHonestly. The man did not realize that the Trailer I was supposed to get was not there. To me that means; he let someone take the other Trailer because he never went to verify which one a previous customer was hooking up to their vehicle. He acted as if he did not know how to hook it up. He did get the trailer number situation fixed on the phone via u-haul conversation before I left but, only after I questioned the text from U-Haul concerning the Plate Number. In addition; after I left there were 10 Blankets in the Trailer. When I got to Boerne, Texas and dropped it off; I let them know they were in the Trailer and they got them out. The Trailer worked Great for me transporting furniture though.

Gerald WThe guy at the store was very rude he was on the phone talking. Before I could get out why I was there he had an attitude and than told me I was not at the right location. Not that I couldn’t and didn’t get it done but I am a woman and he did not offer any assistance just told me to go grab a dolly and that was that. There was no respect given at all from that location. Also the price from what it said online was $40 different from what he said I had to pay in store even though I booked it online
beyonce sThe employee inside the store was weird about me asking for the dolly that was supposed to come with my rental, the location is really suspicious and not well maintained. The vehicle had a check engine light on, the inside was not swept. We got the worst looking truck in the lot that didn't really match up to the current pictures of the truck. So in order to not have to stress about being charged for something I didn't do, I had to spend 15 mins taking pictures to prove the condition of the truck when I picked it up. Not to mention when we went to pick the truck up and I was taking pictures of the condition, I stepped in two huge ant beds which are everywhere on the property! I will not be returning to this location the next time I rent a uhaul truck.

Syreeta MThe guy didn’t know how to hook up the trailer. He told me they are only order takers. They building was old, smelled & glass door to enter had huge cracks in the glass. I was afraid it could break on me. Awful. I will never use this location again. Not up to u~Haul standard.

Roger FUhaul was not clean. The keys were still in the lock box from the previous rental, so store had not even inspected or cleaned the rental after the last user. Gas tank was at less than a 1/4 of a tank.

David dstop doing uhaul, a place like that gives any business a bad name. not to mention the incompetence of the people operating it, literally werent able to do a new order on their own i had to sit in my car and do a reservation first. the condition of the vehicle was bad enough to make me feel bad for the guy i dropped it off at, with the bugs and awful smell of the cab i hope he didnt catch anything. also the gas tank was at half on pickup, so i spent 50$ in gas to avoid a fine for a 120$ rental.
