The guy said the back was clean and dry but, when I got in, it was very dirty (cigarette butts, broken glass, leaves...) and very wet. It rained the day before so I guess it had leaks. I cleaned the truck before I loaded anything. There were cigarette butts, ashes and paper in the cab as well.

I rented the vehicle online and when I arrived at the location the app said there was nothing available to pick up. They owner of the location met me at the dealership On a Sunday and opened so I could pick up the vehicle. I would recommend this location but would not recommend reserving the vehicle online.

Fastrack is the only place I'll rent a uhaul from now on I couldn't ask for any better customer service and all of their equipment was top notch it all looked brand new

The place I was told to return it told me not to being it back to them. Said they were getting out of the business. Was also led to believe since I only needed for one day I would be getting money back on my card and that didn't happen either.

Fred Dummar, 195 Williams Rd., Phil Campbell, Alabama, 35581. On Tuesday 8/15/2017 I went to the Decatur U-Haul at Beltline (762064) 2002 Beltline Rd., Decatur, Alabama, 35601.. (256-350-6911) and had a 4-way flat plug 60inch lead installed. On Wednesday 8/16/2017 I went to the Russellville, Fastrack Auto Sales (020182) 15580 Hwy 43, Russellville, Alabama, 35653. And rented a trailer (AV 4784C)(Ca plate #4AP8556). It was questionable, I am quite upset at the way things turned out. They rented me a 5X8 trailer, which had no left or right turn signals, and no break lights. I was allowed to believe that it was the wiring I just had done was the reason. I rented it for around town work. I could have been in a wreck or had a ticket. On Friday 8/18/2017 I returned the trailer. I called the Decatur U-Haul and made an appointment to have the it checked out. On Friday 8/25/2017 I drove to Decatur (1 1/2 hours) from my house. They checked my cable and could find no problem. I even made them hook me up to another trailer to verify that the lights worked, they did. I then drove an hour back to Russellville. I informed the agent that there was no problem with my cable.. He told me there was no problem with the trailer. I do not like being played, so I went out to the yard and plugged the trailer I had previously rented into the cable. There was the same problem..

Have the uhaul where cusromer can pick it up and don't change prices on it I had to drive an hour away was later returning to house for my guys I hired to load so it was just horribly pkus it was nasty jnside and in back we just barely made it to gas station so wouldn't run out of gas I qas suppose to pkup in town but day before I get a call saying they didn't have one even though I was givin price nd where to pkup at so now I got charged more was told I wouldn't be charged more lol welp guess I won't do business with y'all plus the place we dropped it off at the guy really had n attitude dont see a company doing buissnes with ppl that have poor attitudes
