The whole process of finding a vehicle, interacting with the website, picking up and returning the vehicle was stressful and difficult. The "satellite" U-Haul personnel treated me like I was somewhat of a nuisance. "Go to the website" was the answer if I had questions. I finally found a truck (I wanted a van) and reserved it on website. When I arrived to pick it up, the owner told me he no longer rented for U-Haul, he had "resigned" the previous day. After standing around for a half hour while he talked on the phone, I finally got the vehicle. When I returned it mid-afternoon on the same day, no one was there. I called U-Haul and spent another half hour trying to work the return process, almost done, the owner showed up and took over. Another hassle was the process of taking pictures of the vehicle and uploading. I had just about finished that process when the app quit working (wasting more of my time). I will never rent from U-Haul again, even though the vehicle was fine. I have rented before from U-Haul and one of the main rental centers and had no problem. These "satellite" offices are terrible.
