The individual who attached the trailer overlooked the proper adjustment of the safety chains, which went unnoticed until we were approached by law enforcement. They kindly informed us that the chains were causing sparks, posing a potential fire hazard. The officer took the time to demonstrate how to properly twist the chains to eliminate excess slack. I appreciated their assistance, demonstrating professionalism and understanding—no citations or warnings were issued. This experience highlights the importance of attention to detail and community support on the road.

RUSSELL Dagain....drop off location was different than the physical address...i was forced to disconnet the trailer myself...absolutely no helpl whatsoever.
Warner WThe location was not open when I was scheduled to pick up the truck. I had to wait 30 min before someone showed up and I was able to get the keys. They also were unfamiliar with uhaul's system, and I was not checked in properly. I had to call the main number and have a representative straighten it out. The truck also only had 1/4 of a tank of fuel when I picked it up. I could not recommend this location less.
Wil LWhen arrived at 9am and the guy did not show up until 10am to let us get our rental. He then asked if we was in a hurry because he had other people to tend to. The truck was filthy and unsanitary, I cleaned it prior to my trip.

Bob MDrop off was a fiasco. They called and said they did not have room for the larger truck we were given because of their error, so we were told to drop it at a closed location that we could not access. We had to park the return on the edge of a busy highway and walk onto the enclosed property to drop the keys in a lock box. Total lack of customer service.
