The staff was super friendly and helpful. We’ve rented from a number of different locations and this team stands out as the best. I will search them out again on our next truck needs.

TODD WI've used this location before and didn't have a problem. But after this last experience I don't think I would send anyone I know to receive that kind of customer service.
MARGARET GThe van was at a different location, and I was not notified. The initial location did not bother to go pick it up, and the location from where I had to pick it up from gave it to me dirty. I also think they are over charging me. A final receipt is still pending and I returned nearly 11 hours ago.
Jaime GThe truck's brakes were not working right, you pressed all the way to the end of them and still was not breaking correctly. The truck was given to us filled with debris in the back. The customer service representative could use some good customer service skill training. When call to report the breaks issues, they told us to call someone else and gave us a 1-800"s number to call and report the issues. Awful!
Hector AMore than a little frustrated that the size of truck I reserved was not available - So I was forced to rent a larger truck (more $)with higher per mile fees. I feel like the uhaul company as a whole is getting away with a continual bate and switch scam. I'm sure someone one day will do a class action law suit against uhaul as I hear about this problem all the time.
JAMES DDrop off area is not clear. No employees on site to assist.
Raymond BI took when gas was half and I returned half but still charged me 60$ Gas. Not recommended.

Kirsten NLady at the counter sucked, she couldn’t figure out how to get me checked in which cut into my service time. When I returned said vehicle after hours I followed the instruction's. The next morning I got a call from the same person who I had spoke to in person, she said she red listed me because I hadn’t returned the U-Haul. Called her back and she laughed and said it was a mistake. Super unprofessional the U-Haul was parked right where she instructed.

WES LThe passenger side door was a little off, even though it would be slammed shut it would still read that it was open. Also even though the seatbelts were on the light would pop up saying they weren’t. Overall a great experience just those two things that were confusing.
Lindsey NIf 24 hour drop off is not available, then there needs to be a notice. A single piece of paper is not sufficient enough.
Betsy CStaff was in the store when we arrived to pick up our vehicle. However he had a sign on the door indicating he would be gone for an hour. We waited in the parking lot and then watched him change the sign and take another 10 minutes. Once we got in, he was in no hurry to assist, We will NEVER RENT here again and we let our 400 guests who were waiting on the arrival of the equipment how much they location sucked!

Anitra DAbsolutely terrible. Made rental over the phone and got confirmation. Showed up, they didn't have reservation sent us to another loc. They couldn't help us either sent to a 3rd loc. They had a truck there but wasn't the size we needed. Sent us to the 1st loc. We were at that told us we didn't have reservations there. And they gave us a smaller rental. Told us it would be fixed and credited. I'm still trying to figure out why my card got charged 85 dollars for a 3 hr rental and keep getting the run around still. Straight trash !

DOUGLAS HWe were charged for 2 days, but only had it one. We were charged for 99 miles, but only drove it for about 15 miles. I believe what happened is that they didn’t take the van out of our name, and gave it out to someone for a second day in our name. I have opened a dispute because we were charged almost $200. I will not be back to this location.
WILLIS BThe van was “clean”, but it was soaking wet inside. It took me the course of a full day of running the heat and wiping down the interior to remove all of the water. It appears as if it had been “hosed out”. Otherwise the people at the location were very nice to deal with.
NICHOLAS RThis place is much slower at processing Rental than I had in the past Maybe newer employee not familiar with process. A uhaul owned location is within a block of this site. They are faster there at processing rental.

PAMELA MThe website moved my reservation to this pick up location. I put in the address for Enchanted Parkway but that is not where I had to go to pick up my van. The van was dirty in the cargo area, it could have been swept out. When I came to return the van I had to wait for someone to come back to the office. The guy was nice but this experience was not good. I was told that my company 7-Eleven could get a discount but the guy said that doesn't apply to him.
