I had the address, but there is another UHaul just across the street at 35305 Pacific Hwy S. I missed the very small UHaul sign at 35200 but could see trucks across the street and so went there before being redirected to the other store.

The neaby Uhaul that I usually go to, normally takes me 30-40 minutes to get my truck and check out, but at this location I was in and out in about 15 mins. They were great, the truck was clean and the checkin and check out was super easy!
LOREN ECouldn't do self pick up since they keep the trucks locked up in the back. Truck was muddy inside.
JAELYN SWhen I picked up the u haul, it was over all in great shape. However the floor boards was dirty and found garbage in the one ibrented for the day. I took it out and throw it away so I wouldn't be blame for it. Staff on shift said he didn't have a chance to go over it before I arrived. He was honest and very kind. I'd say he gets a 9 only because I was truthful and said he didn't look at the u haul that morning.
DAWNYEL HI rated poor because I needed Contactless mobile check in which was offered online but when I showed up I was told that always not an option. U-Haul needs to not advertise that’s a pickup location does not have those meansz. Great service from facility.

EDWARD OWhat is the use of having accidental insurance if it doesn’t even cover a rock chip on the windshield. I was charge almost $200 for a local move that took me less than 12 hours. I am never coming here again.

ALEC TI spent well over an hour waiting to return the vehicle. The attendant at the station was not available once I return to the drop off. I had to contact customer service to get instruction for leaving the van. This delay caused me to be late for my shift at work. I was very disappointed

FLORENCE DI fueled more than I used and was wrongfully charged.
SANG YWhen I went to this location to drop off my vehicle we needed to enter through a gate to appropriately park the U-Haul. We did not receive a code for the gate to get in. We had to wait over an hour in pouring to talk to a uhaul representative on the phone and when we got through we had to park the U-Haul across five parking spots so we were able to leave.

They were very helpful and calm, in contrast to my flustered demeanor, going above and beyond in giving me a secure place to leave my car.

Ahmad GAfter the trip was over and we noticed the blankets placed on floor and bottom of boxes were wet. Seams in the floor must be leaking since nothing on top was wet. I do not know how your dealer could check on this but it should have been reported by a prior user. Also, this dealer does not have all of the equipment (no regular dollies, only furniture ones).

patrick lYour website made it impossible to rent the truck for more than one day. Having better website options would prevent a call to your service center.
Michael VA couple things I had to learn during my travel. Tow light was on and I figured it was a malfunction. Couple hundred miles in and I discovered the button to turn it off. Radio was set to AM with no indication for other choices, that was rough going. 1k miles into my trip I stumble onto a mode button that gave me FM channels. I had 100 miles to go. Would been nice to know that early on. If I were passing this vehicle on to someone else I would give them this tid bit .
ARTHUR LI was over charged. I even asked for one more hour and the guy said he didn’t know how to change it. He was really nice, but it would have helped if I had that extra hour to get the truck back. Also, you shouldn’t advertise a truck for $20 a day if you are actually going to charge me $100. Also the light didn’t work in the back
