GARY HHave a more thorough look in truck or van before renting them leftover food had a horrific odor and gnats ridiculously 🥺😔🥺🥺. But this was the first time of any problems here the other problem occurred with trying to double charge from the corporate office 🥺🥺🥺🥺. But got straightened out in a matter of hours so over ALL this location is good no one's perfect so I will and would recommend to OTHERS
Sherita AWhile the location was great to drop off. I got emailed a different location to drop off at. I went to that location with the correct gas level. When I started the process to drop off, it gave me a different location. So I was under the fuel limit getting to the new location. I believe that I should get a refund on my $17 dollars that I had to pay since I was barely under the amount of gas I picked up the truck at. This will probably fall on deaf ears, but I'm not happy with the drop off process and don't want to slam the location for that.

DENNIS PHave the equipment when a customer make a reservation. Don't let them show up and not have it. Moving is already difficult without the added frustration of not having what you need to do it.
Ericka BI would never use self service or recommend it to anyone. The dollies we asked for were not there. WE were not aware that a code for a lock box would appear at the payment screen, the key drop off looked nothing like the photo. Customer service was not efficient and not helpful. The only reason we had to do it this was was because the location we wanted did not have the truck we needed. I would never recommend this option. No one has gotten back to me about a refund on the dollies either.
Vincent SThe only location I’ll ever use for my yearly move. Trucks are always well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also a very wide selection of trucks.
Ryan MEasy pick up and drop off. They also worked with me to change my pickup time to the evening prior so we could begin our move earlier the next morning.

GARY HTruck was no cleaned off. Rep didn’t do anything but hand us the key and say it was in back. Only drive 29 miles and out 4 gallons of gas in the truck. The rep insisted it was under and charged us $20, with is not possible. I will never go back.

Mark HHighlight and emphasize "enter as much information on line" ahead of time on your web pages. Having done that myself, it was such a quick check in.

Jim UInside the truck box was clean. Cab was a little dirty. Your question above didn't include a box for -- could be cleaner. We wiped down the cab with a lysol wipe and it was dirty. Someone needed to wipe it down before renting it. Overall, a nice rental. Would rent again.
