there was no appliance dolly in the truck and I rented one! and no nearby locations had one, we called and asked.

I was told my truck was not dropped and I was being charged. The location could not access their key box. I was informed by uhaul customer service that location was having difficulty opening the box. My truck has not been checked back in due to their negligence.
