Tiny sign, couldn’t find easily. Building looked like it had recently been on fire. Only indication I was in the right place was the U-Haul outside.Truck was dirty and full of broken glass, not clean or well maintained in the back. U-HAUL - adjusted the governor on your trucks! I had a 7.3L V8 that makes 475hp from Ford and it struggled to keep up w traffic when empty. Someone is going to get killed trying to pull out from an intersection bc truck can’t get out of its own way. Cast iron block and heads, nobody is gonna break it, you need to let it run. I’m not asking for full power but this was absurd and the worst one I’ve ever driven - newer truck w 43k on it shouldn’t be this bad. Feel like I got ripped off w it being dirty and not having adequate power to make the trip. Do better please.

I found it difficult to understand the employee when he was talking to me. His English was not very good.

Maybe some direction to where the key pole was, but other than that it was fine. Also I added windshield washer fluid, it was empty and the windshield was dirty.

This is a screen printing shop with one truck. No help, no one there half the time, and a super sketchy area. Terrible experience.

I returned and folded all my moving blankets and got charged $90 for them being "missing". The truck was not full like they said it was when we picked it up.

Equipment was dirty on the inside and blocked by parked cars. Site is only staffed occasionaly.
