I was not told ahead of time that it was required to download the app and to do the whole transaction on my phone. The app took a long time to download and it still did not help me. The guys at the store did not know anything and had to call someone that was not able to get the app to work so he had to walk me through. I will never use this location or any location that requires everything done on the app. Moving is stressful enough.
