Uhaul scheduler didn't confirm truck was available and it wasn't. I was on a tight schedule. Lady apologized and made several contacts to help find a location close by that had one, and get pricing corrected. Zero points to who answered my initial call. 10 points to those at the pickup locations.

Patricia LWas in bad area of town. There was no uhaul location to ask for assistance or missing equipment. Fuel tank was completely empty. Got fuel and it immediately began to leak out after driving. Was told people removed evap valve on fuel tank to steal gas. Uhaul roadside fixed issue but my move was delayed an hour and I had hired labor that I had to pay extra as a result. Lost at least $30 in fuel on top of it all.
