Corporate needs to quit updating their software on Friday nights! This location did their best, but your system is jacked up! Considering most people move on the weekend, you should never update your system software on a Friday night! Are you crazy or just trying to piss off your customers? It took twice as long to pickup the truck than it should have because your system wouldn't process credit cards and kept locking up. It wasn't anyone's fault at the local place, it was your system wide software. Maybe you should pay I.T. a little more money to do updates on Sunday nights so your weekend rentals don't get jacked up. If this happens again, I will find another rental company to do business with.

You could make the check in process smoother. I felt bad for the people because of how jacked uhaul's system is. The people were fantastic tho!

Person was a little upset that we were later than our return time and that we had gone over the miles previously paid when u-haul reserved. I thought return time was 11am, it was on paper for 9am. 125 miles was included when reserved, we went over miles and were charged for them. Paid for additional miles on return of u-haul.

I had rented online already and still took 45-50min to get to trailer to get going after waiting for them to open at 10am! This store does not answer their phone or return calls. Online they took my license photos so I feel all I had to do was show them and pay and be gone! When turning the trailer in at Louisville location, the white guy was the only one working! The 2 or 3 black guys were laying around while there was a line of returns forming. I am just using their race as identification and saying what I saw while turning in the trailer. I will have to think long and hard before renting from Uhaul again.

It's not the people at the locations, it's the people on the phones through customer services. They are very difficult to deal with.

This location charged us a cleaning fee even though we made 100% sure that the unit was thoroughly cleaned, with pictures to prove this. They were rude and hung up on us as we were questioning them about it.

Set up to drop off here but they were closed when I arrived- left keys in drop box told on 800 number they would back date the drop off- they did not I hope they don't charge me extra day as I had to pay extra mileage driving around trying to find another location.

UHaul neglected to send a link or any instructions as to how to process a self pick up. No one responded to my confirmation call. No one arrived to the location to give us a truck. Not until I had waited in the pouring rain for an hour waiting for someone to come did I call the 800 number. I got a wonderful woman named Rita who was amazing despite my attitude. Then the process of doing a self check was ridiculous. They require you give 2 people for them to call to vouch for you to get a truck. Outrageous! After all that, the cab reeked of cigarette smoke. Awful experience!

I would recommmend taking a picture of so called necessary cleaning. I have rented from uhaul 20+ times and never have I ever had to pay a 10.00 cleaning fee. Is that what I get for turning the truck in with more fuel than when I rented it and what I get for making sure it was clean to the best of my knowledge?

When charging a customer for truck not being clean, need to be sure that vehicle wasn't dirty when it was picked up. Be sure how much gas was in when it was picked at another location. My stepson obtained the vehicle, so I don't know if it was clean or not. He said it was clean when he dropped it off, and that it had the same amount of gas in it,That it had when he got in it. Do not like my card being charged without being notified why!!!!!!!!

The location was closed for three days for the holiday. I was very disappointed to see they charged me $25 for cleaning of the truck although i took it back just as I picked it up.

It is to far out if the way. We had to go to two different locations to get the truck and the auto transport. Reservations had been made weeks in advance. When arriving at the first location we were told that the didn't have the truck we needed. After 30 minutes and multiple phone calls from the first location to traffic on New Circle road in Lexington we finally got a truck. Still no auto transport, were told they would Call when they found one. Still no word or phone call by 6:30 the next morning. After speaking to multiple people and many phone calls later an auto transport was found. The location did not open until 10 and was an hour away. After getting the transport which was in the middle of no where we had to go an hour back the way we came to finally get on the interstate. We were not able to start our trip until 12:30 PM which was far from the 6:00 AM time we had wanted to leave. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with Uhaul over all. The problem was not with the dealers it is with who ever makes the reservations. They are doing a highly inadequate job of making sure trucks and other things needed for customers are where they are supposed to be.

First, the location specified online was incorrect. My reservation was moved to a location 20 miles away. Second, the new location refused to rent the trailer because it was a one-way rental. They did not want to lose the trailer. Third, I had to agree to return the trailer by towing it an extra 300 miles to get the rental. Fourth, when I called customer service they sent me to the local management. Local management did not do anything about the denial to rent the trailer or returning of the trailer an extra 300 miles.
