Maintenance on your vehicles would be nice. Or adding a spare tire so your customers dont have to weight almost 4 hours by the side of the road for a tire repair.

Tamara BMy complaint is. It regarding the cynthiana location, it is directed toward the Lexington new circle road location. I booked a car hauler there for a 7am pickup. When I arrived at 7am they did not have the car hauler as I was guaranteed and the closest location was nearly an hour away in Cynthiana with that location not opening until 10am. That cost me 6 hours of my time with return factored in and an additional night at a hotel. Not a happy customer.

Troy MWell I was promised a trailer to be picked up in one location and then had to go to another town to get it and it was not going to be there till late in the day. So I had to get another trailer instead of the one I needed. I made this request nearly a month ahead of when I would need it so I wouldn't have to travel all over central Kentucky. I will definitely think about where to rent a other.

Rachael ROriginal pick-up location was : 1200 E. New Circle Road, Lexington Ky. They contacted me two days prior to pick up date via text to see if we would haul a trailer to Pa on the back of the Uhaul. Our driver didn’t feel comfortable driving all that way towing a trailer and so we responded with sorry but we couldn’t as the driver didn’t feel comfortable towing the trailer across several states. Without any warning or reason they changed my pick-up place to Cynthiana 38 miles away. By the time we found this out, we had less than an hour to get our truck before they closed. Very dissatisfied with the E. New Circle facility and not only will we never do business there again we have sent other people to other businesses since then and will continue to do so. That is a very unprofessional business.

Louis TIt's the Uhaul experience that was horrid. One hour 14 minutes to get my key out of the box. This is inexcusable. I will never ever use uhaul ever again. You are hostile to your paying customers.

Dustin WAfter reading the reviews... I was hesitant to use this location. It was the closest location with the size truck we needed, so we did not have much choice. The man that waited on us, did a good job and was nice. I don't know what the problem has been with other people. It was a quick in and out process... THat made me VERY HAPPY!!! THere did seem to be a miss in the engine of the 26 foot truck we rented. But the overall experience with Finders Keepers was good.

Randy HThis was not a U-Haul store, but an independent store with a contract to serve as a pick-up and drop-off point for U-Haul vehicles. The personnel were very helpful and kind, and were able to smooth our difficulties.

Stanley LEmployee was rude when picking up truck. Truck was not at the location when I arrived at the time of my reservation. The employee advised that uhaul “double booked” the reservation and that another customer had the truck and was not to be returned until 2 hours after my scheduled pickup time. Will not be using this location again and do not recommend if you can avoid using them.
Samantha LTruck smelt like smoke. First truck I tried renting has a check engine light and the guy told me to take it across country anyway. Then they told me to pick up another truck in Lexington and then drive back to Winchester to pick up my auto transport. I then canceled my order entirely only to find out that I hadn’t been refunded for my first order. Then after attempting a second time to reserve a truck and trailer, I received a phone call telling me to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up my reservation in another town. Absolutely terrible experience with Uhaul. I hate that I paid 1300 dollars for a truck that reeked, had a terrible alignment and drove like crap.
