The first location I booked with didn’t have the van even though I made a reservation. The second location it took at least 20 mins to get the keys because the staff didn’t understand what to do. You need to train the people if they are going to give out keys. Really you should have a way to just open the vehicle from the app or open a lockbox with keys to avoid human interaction.
