Truck hissed whenever I took my foot off the gas. Suspension is going too. I wanted a truck that I could leave at another location and entered the zip codes. Did not realize this truck needed to be returned to the same location until I was 5 hours away. Not the location's fault - website issue.

The lock to the key box was frozen. We spent at least 30 minutes just tying to get the key out. We contacted customer service who said to use hand sanitizer to thaw the lock. After a few minutes, that did work. Once we finally had access to the key, all was good. The location is not staffed so there was no one to assist. Customer service was kind and helpful.
Beth DYour app for checking truck out is trash. Took almost 45 minutes to finally finish the check out. The app kept taking me back to new reservation after I completed almost every task of the process. Since there is no staff at that location I will never rent again.
Richard VThe U-Haul iphone app glitched out multiple times when trying to complete my remote drop off. When trying to select that I was returning a truck it kept bringing me back to the same page asking me what I'd like to do. After the 4th time of selecting returning a truck it finally went through. When asked to take pictures of the truck, the pictures I would take weren't uploading, so I had to retake each one multiple times. On the final photo, after about 10 minutes of trying over and over to get photos to upload the app crashed and closed. When I opened it again it said I was done with the process of returning the truck. I took photos myself and saved them to my phone to prevent U-Haul from trying to milk anymore money from me. There wasn't a single point in the rental process where the ball wasn't dropped.
COURTNEY LKeys weren’t accessible. Uhaul hard to contact and took time away from our moving day.
Keith JThey charged me a fuel service charge and fuel even though I put fuel in it and it had more than what we started with. Very good scam uhaul. I spoke to customer service who agreed that there was no concerns with the fuel and was still charged. Will not use again.

DAVID RFirst of all, the above location was not the original location provided to us by you for the drop off. They one you gave was off of 3rd Street and it has not even existed for at least three months (we had to ask the current owners of the business). Secondly, the 2nd Street location is a joke. No one even maintains the facility! Thirdly, we had to hunt around on our own to find a drop off location. When we finally found one, we had wasted fuel, and much time. Then you all had the nerve to tell us by text that another family needed the truck at the same location (which we just dropped it off at). Very frustrating experience for such a large amount of money!
