Everything was excellent at pickup and drop off. The lady at pickup was especially pleasant and the young lady at drop off was very pleasant as well!

We passed two other U-Haul locations enroute to trying to find this place where we were told we had to drop the trailer. There was a sign but no other rolling stock on the lot. The lady was nice but engaged with a couple buying a storage building. Why couldn’t we have dropped the trailer at the closest and most convenient company store???
JOHN JI was told a car tow dolly would be available at a location close to me in five days. That was the date I had asked for. I was told two days later that the dolly would have to be picked up at a location about 70 mile from where I had originally been told. I would have to drive a total of about 140 extra miles. It was a big inconvenience for me as I could have picked it up in a different town along the way. U-Haul couldn't be bothered to have some one take the dolly to the town I originally made the deal with, even though there were reps from the company making trips to that town and others on the area. They even cancelled my pick up and charged me more than I had been quoted in the beginning.
