The wiper blades didn’t work and it started raining. I feared for my life so I had to keep pulling over until the rain slowed down. Dangerous situation
Chacara RThe gentleman that took care of me was outstanding..I was not happy that my truck was at a different location than what I reserved it at. The truck was very dirty and cigarette ashes all over inside.. My moving supplies were not there. I had to pick them up at a different spot. The gentleman that was there cleaned it all up for me and was very nice.It took me 1.5 hours to get my truck. It wasn’t the gentleman s fault, it was u- hauls fault in general. The drop off spot was great. Very nice people.
