This satellite location -a Deli- being operated from a different location further away. It is challenging when the employee on site -at Deli- does not know the process nor is the employee able to communicate effectively with U-Haul customers Fuel was charged to the invoice, even though I pause separately to refuel the truck myself. There is no option for providing that documented receipt to prove this. Odd arrangement working through this Deli location
