I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped me. She was nice and helpful. We had a nice conversation during the rental process. I would recommend that anyone in the Macon, GA area use this location.

The staff was awful and rude nothing was explained i was basically handed the keys was in and out in less then 5 min got charged more then what i was told and even when i was being calm i still got attitude and hung up on when All i was trying to do was see what i was being charged for the lady who i dealt with had no professionalism at all

ORLANDO RSo when I picked up the UhAul the lady had to go on the inside of the building to get the dolly.. She did not put the dolly in the back of the Uhaul, she told me that it was my job to do that.. also the truck hardly had any gas in it and she told me to return it that way.. however she told me if I got finished with the Uhaul I could drop the key in the drop box not knowing that o had to upload pics of the gas hand and the mileage.. they charged me for gas and hardly no gas was in the Uhaul when k picked it up.. please call me

DIANNE SNo appliance dolly ruined the whole entire move, that was key and this location didn't have one. The truck fuel was very empty, I had to immediately stop and fill it up.

Shannon WPeople are nice but in all my previous experiences renting trailers from you, the staff hooked up the trailer. I was told to do it. The person at the rental place did come out and took pictures to see if I did it right. Also the trailer driver side tire was nearly flat. The rental agent pointed it out and said I should put air in it at a gas station nearby. When I asked what it the tire doesn’t make it she said I have insurance and to call UHaul. It’s only $2.00 but I shouldn’t have had to put air in the tire at all. It looked like it was on its last legs. It did make the entire trip after I put air in it however. Next time I’ll will only go to a Ihaul rental center. I do not recommend this place.

Angela WClean the equipment and disinfect between rental customers. Repair and inspect vehicle for damages inside and outside. Perform maintenance inspection on vehicle when returned to insure proper function of entire vehicle meet safety standards (brakes and steering, and lights) and performs as designed. We have been customers of u-haul for over 45 years and this rental was a great disappointment in every area. We hired professional movers to finish our move. We just couldn't "trust" another rental from u-haul.
Oscar MI don't recommend. The lady never gave me my contract. She said she had problems with her printer but she would email it but she didn't. I'm still waiting for the contract
ALEJANDRO PTerrible. They were wanting me to take a auto transport that was not safe. The trailer did not have any safety chains at all. Worst part of it all was that the facility made me get on the highway without any safety chains on the trailer to go to the main Uhaul hub. They told me “oh yeah you are good grey highway will take care of you.” Well the manager at grey highway informed me that this was on THEM. Don’t trust people! Run away!
JOHN WTruck was raggedy, passenger review mirror broken. Not safe to drive, will cause accident due to not being able to see cars on the right.. Passenger door handle broken. Location is scamming customers, manually inputting false mileage regardless of photographed miles

patrick aI asked for help when I arrived and she told me there was nobody. I had to go park it next door and try to lift off my truck hitch. After 10 minutes, hurting my back, and beyond frustrated I walked back next door and a guy came out and said he thoughr I had help! Then they helped with no problem!!

Juanita Rmy reservation was done on line and I set everything like I wanted since I could not use mobile pick up someone had to check me in they added safe move to my bill. Me thinking everything was in order like I set it I did not see the safe move charge till the end. I did not like that. The mileage and gas was off on paper from actual truck. I took pictures before and after. Check your bill before you sign and take pictures of gas and mileage.
