We was told we could pick up at 0700 when we showed up they didn't open till 0900 and then the guy said he had a meeting and showed up at 0930ROBERT S.

They had us wait over an hour an half due to the employee was on lunch when we schedule at two and is the only employee. He was picking up a uhaul. The time slot should not have been available to select if they was not going to be there. My garage remote is left in the truck and no one is able to open it so I am stuck out of my house until Monday. Without food clothes and we have to work in the morning. Very rude and unwelcoming Service. I will never rent from them again. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.Sandra O.

I completed everything myself on my phone as recommended when renting out equipment and prepaid, just needed keys. Gentleman at shop did not know how process worked, was trying to compete a whole new reservation. They did not have dolly or covers/pads there. Was sent to a new location, person did not call or offer any type of assistance with location additional supplies already purchased.Victor A.

When you tell a customer that you will get the bunndled rate and that customer gets charged the full price for the car dollie I don't feel this to be fair.JESSICA S.

After i let the renter know that i would need the truck for an extra day instead of just the original 24hr agreement when i returned the equipment he told me that since he did me a favor i "should do something for him" he wanted cash money from me, this guy took $80 from my wife so we "don't get a penalty" i feel this was very wierd and un professional, specially after seeing that we did get charged for the 2 days plus the millage, i don't think i will never ever do bussines here. I will like for some one from corporate to give me a call.JOEL P.

Moved to Killeen and dropped off the truck and trailer in Harker Heights. Passed at least 3 Uhaul places on the way to this location. Found that a little odd, is all. Top marks otherwise.Sara W.

The shop was closed when I arrived to drop off even though it was during business hours. I had to unload the trailer myself and when the owner arrived I had to help him move the trailer into place because he wasn't able to do it himself.MEGAN C.
