Catalina AZ location. I live in Oro Valley about 15 mins from this location. So easy nice and close. This location has the small town feel homey that I enjoy. The remember who you are, low key and much more caring and personal compared to your corporate stores. Equip I rent here is clean and ready to go.
ROBERT Idirty truck from previous renter. Give it a bath and broom job. On arrival at our destination, unit 1426 leaked what appeared to be brake fluid onto driveway and the other unit (1261?) leaked rear differential fluid onto the drive way (about 8" in dia. in 6 hours)...Of a new home. Not happy. Reported to Uhaul at drop location and didn't get an attention, not even a "sorry".

RICHARD LTHE STAFF IS ALWAYS POLITE, FRIENDLY AND EFFECIENT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT THE TRAILOR I RESERVED WAS NOT RETURNED ON TIME BY THE PREVIOUS RENTER, THE STAFF CALLED ME ONE HOUR BEFORE MY SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE TRAILOR WAS NOT GOING TO BE AVAILBLE, SO THAT WE COULD MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS, WHICH WE DID. THIS WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED, AND ALL WORKED OUT WELL

JERRY SSee previous comment on gas. Not cool with getting a quarter tank… it would have been nice to have a full tank and not give away extra $30 in gas as its hard to determine how much gas I’d us to get it back to a quarter on return.

JAMES LThe man hitching the trailer did it incorrectly. When I was driving away and went over a speed bump, the trailer came off the hitch.
Kevin BI suggest that the front brakes be examined. When braking, the front of the truck shakes a LOT…. Probably warped brake drums. Otherwise the truck was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

bill mHelp me pick a closer drop off location. The one that was selected was too far and I had to go across town instead of using one that was reasonably closer to my final destination.
RANDALL GThe only concern I have is the location is small, if you are comfortable with backing rented trailers into tight spots then it shouldn't be a problem. When I returned the trailer that I rented there was a gentleman outside assisting everyone with their rental - he was awesome.

ANTHONY CAlex was so helpful and so informative . he had input on renting the open trailer. He also was very helpful in explaining to me how the dump System works in Catalina. He’s very knowledgeable.
JAMES FWhat an Easy & smooth experience Both Francis Hawk and Kevin were friendly, down to earth & so patient with my millions of questions. We needed a truck to dispose of yard debris and trash for the dump from our old shed. They were never pushy or tried to upsell.
