Have rented from these guys now for 3 years. They are a 5 star operation. I have never had anything but excellent service and equipment is always top notch.

JERRY SSee previous comment on gas. Not cool with getting a quarter tank… it would have been nice to have a full tank and not give away extra $30 in gas as its hard to determine how much gas I’d us to get it back to a quarter on return.

JAMES LThe man hitching the trailer did it incorrectly. When I was driving away and went over a speed bump, the trailer came off the hitch.
Kevin BI suggest that the front brakes be examined. When braking, the front of the truck shakes a LOT…. Probably warped brake drums. Otherwise the truck was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

bill mHelp me pick a closer drop off location. The one that was selected was too far and I had to go across town instead of using one that was reasonably closer to my final destination.
RANDALL GThe only concern I have is the location is small, if you are comfortable with backing rented trailers into tight spots then it shouldn't be a problem. When I returned the trailer that I rented there was a gentleman outside assisting everyone with their rental - he was awesome.

We needed a truck to dispose of yard debris and trash for the dump from our old shed. They were never pushy or tried to upsell. CLARISSA MThe service was fine, the truck was clean and performed well but the vehicle trailer tie down ratchets had not been oiled in a very long time which caused some concern when used. I had to douse them with WD40 to make them work well. This is easy maintenance that should be routine. Otherwise, the move went well with no movility problems during the 18 hour drive.
