I think the belt is squeaky
JERRY RI rented the vehicle with mobile pick up. I arrived at the location during business hours. I completed the mobile pick up and was instructed to picked up key from counter inside the store. There was no code or any other instructions regarding obtaining the keys. However, the store was closed but there were two phone numbers listed to call to reach someone during normal business hours. Neither phone number was answered and my call was not returned. I called the support number provided on the Uhaul app. I was told that I needed to use the code I was given in the app to get the key. When I explained the situation and code was given, the only help provided was they walk me through how to use the non-existent code. The customer service for the mobile pick was terrible. Someone finally showed up at the store at about 10:15 (45 minutes after business hours). I will never rent from that location again. I definitely would not recommend Uhaul and will look for other alternatives in the future.

REGINALD SGreat help with moving my belongings, the ramp was a necessity and it came equipped with the hand-truck and moving blankets needed for a hassle-free moving experience. Thank you U-haul and First Street Storage! I would still be working if I had to depend on my pick-up!

Terril JMy U-Haul experience was Above Average. It was convenient, since I had easy accessibility to pick up the rental truck at the storage location. My rental truck was clean and well maintained. I would go there again.
