Upon returning the u haul they charged for gas when I have a picture that I featured it with 3/4 of a tank exactly how I received it. If not corrected by end of business tomorrow I am reporting the transaction as fraud to the FTC
BENJAMIN KStaff had no knowledge of Uhaul and refused to accept the truck. It took multiple phone calls to Uhaul to ultimately get the location to accept the return. How can a U Haul location not know how to handle a return ? Not good.
