I had wanted furniture dolls and blankets but all this location had was regular dolls. Everything was made even harder by having to talk over the convenience store clerks phone to the uhaul representative who didn't speak good English

The u-haul I originally paid for was on flat… Mind you I had to drive 1 hour away just for that… The equipment need to be checked on the regular!!!

The owner of the Five Star gas station where the UHauls are located also owns the smoke shop next door (across the side street) so check there if you can’t find him. He was helpful once we tracked him down though.

They were horrible and didn’t try to help or acted as if they cared about a customer needing a U-Haul or the time they received the U-Haul. I never encountered people that were so rude in my life like this location. U haul has to do better with letting these locations carry their product cause I see nothing but bad reviews for this location and my experience showed me the reviews were true. I will never use this location again

Service person just took the keys and didn’t provide info on what to do. Neither did he check the equipment upon arrival. So I submitted a self check in to ensure everything was legit.

They didnt know how to hook trailer up.. It almost came off of the ball because they didnt tighten it down. Didnt hook safety chains up..They were dragging the ground..My wife picked up trailer and when i got home and seen what happened i was furious.. someone could have been killed. When i called store to tell them they said it was my problem.. What little i could understand. They do not need to be representing uhaul. They will kill someone for negligence. I tried to contact uhaul by phone to tell them but i got put on hold everytime. Need to have someone you can understand on the phone.

I used a car dolly for a few hours (less than 12) was charged $113.00, my reservation stated $54.00. I have yet to speak to a human being to see where the additional charges came from.

We dropped off our rental the same day we picked up and we called uhaul and had them put on file that we dropped it off the same day and was charged for our rental being a day late. Had to call the head of uhaul and get everything straightened out!! Would not recommend using these people for drop off!! Also they need to clean up the area where the trailers are dropped off, there Is trash and everything else laying around!!

For starters not steal the uhaul from me as I’m on my way to cvs to give y’all the lil measily 119$ I owed for 1 day!!!! I will be calling ppl!!! He man handled me, put me and my daughter out in a very dangerous part of Jackson, stole all my stuff, scared my 9 yr old, cussed us and treated us like garbage, and not lie to me when I called y’all while he was leaving in the dang uhaul with all my stuff!!!!!!!!! The lady told me that morning at 6 am I had till 9 on to pay listen to the recordings!!!! Y’all lucky we didn’t die where he put us out in the hot son at!!! There is witnesses to the incident!!! Im y’all will not get away with this!!! On my life y’all won’t!!!

Parking was very small with limited space. Could have been cleaner but it IS in Yazoo City MS where cleanliness shouldn’t really be expected. Other than that the return process went with no issue. Representative was extremely nice and pleasant to do business with.

Make sure whomever the last customers information is clear so the next customer want have such a hard time picking up. It would be nice if they helped hook up the equipment especially for new customers like I was.

The truck was dirty when I picked it up mud was everywhere I took pictures and uploaded it to UHaul. I was charged a $56.00 cleaning fee for something I did not do when it was dropped off.

No dollies. No mats or pads. I reserved the truck in Madison but had to drive the Yazoo and then drive to Madison and got charged for the gas

Sorry to inform you that the truck I had , had BedBugs in it we had to spray all of my stuff down and the truck and the person that owns the Uhaul place in YAZOO CITY was very rude and wasn’t there when I needed to pick up the truck and wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to call him , if it hadn’t been for Marcus Covan being there at the time I wouldn’t have been able to get the rental at all .....

Be honest and upfront about all charges and mileage fees and inform customers of all taxes especially of double taxation and please be sure to include all equipment ordered. I paid fees and taxes hidden which made the equipment purchase almost double in payment after the purchase was made and instead of getting a refund for equipment I paid for I ended up paying almost that exact amount in overages.

We were charged 79.95 after we left. We have called 3 different times to find out why? They will not answer the phone or return the phone call. Very disappointed!
