Very bad experience in general Everything changes constantly and they are unwilling to be fair when contract is changed last minute.

Sarah KPicking up rentals when company is not open for business was the worst. It was early morning and the lighting was poor in my area and I had to keep re verifying myself. Not an easy process. It took over an hour to pickup my rental which set me back and my help had to leave and not finish helping me move.
Tracy wI rented a van with a dolly and when I arrived they said the dolly was unavailable which would be fine, but then was given a truck to drive instead of the reserved van.

NANAVALE TCost way too much for what I got. -No one was there to help me receive the truck and I had to use self locate or whatever it's called. -It was raining and the code for the lock was WRONG. I arrived there exactly on time but did not leave until 45 minutes later SOAKED because I had to call customer service for the correct lock code -Unless you read the fine print you may not know this truck is not a one way trip. You have to return it to the same location -i paid $90 for gas and left it with more than it had when I received it and was not reimbursed for that. -the app is horrendous and constantly glitches -all said, I spent around $550 for a days use. Totally not worth it. Would not recommend. Rip off
Anthony SThe UHAUL Application was very poor and unresponsive. I wasted nearly 1 hour for the application to load the pickup page. Once it was completed I was forced to take pictures of my ID and enter information that was already completed with the online registration. During the return, the dropbox was on the other side of the building. There was NO mention of this and I spent another 1 hour driving around and searching the dropbox location and then having to pay additional for gas that was used... Not to mention the location was very worrisome.
